What is your area doing to help the environment. As Guides, we need the most up to date information about the environmental practices of the areas in which we tour groups. Please submit links that contain useful information for guides that are touring groups in that area. Some basic information that we can always share:

• Where does this area get its energy from?

• Are they taxed or received tax brakes?
  

• Are the a net importer or exporter of energy? It is interesting to note when an area exports one kind of energy only to import the energy it uses.

• What are they doing to conserve natural resources?

• What are the recycling customs of this area? Nobody wants to be scowled out for throwing a plastic bottle in the wrong bin.

• What good habits can a visitor to that area learn? It is our hope that our customers take back the good environmental habits they learned on tour and help make their hometown a better place.

Our goal is to make the world a better place for our children by educating the world current travelers' about the greater environmental awarness of different cultures around the world.
